1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- You can return items on the same day from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

- Items on sale or with clearance discounts
- Custom or personalized products
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@bnlondon.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided for returned items that meet the conditions outlined above. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@bnlondon.com with your order details and the issue you encountered. We will assist you with the exchange process.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@bnlondon.com. We will either provide a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
Please include clear photos of the damaged or defective items when contacting us.
